Well, Rollback at the fixture level will rollback everything within the
bounds of the fixture.  However, unless IncludeSetUpAndTearDown is
specified, it will not include the fixture setup and teardown.

You will still need individual Rollback attributes on tests if you want to
rollback between tests.
