It seems to be a known
issue<http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/326163/processstartinfo-environmentvariables-looses-defined-case-of-environment-variables>with
ProcessStartInfo. It's marked as fixed, but several comments (and your
experience) suggest otherwise. There is a workaround suggested though, which
we can try.
