You may want to use
Assert.Sorted<http://interfacingreality.blogspot.com/2009/07/assertsorted-in-mbunit-v3.html>
instead. If
the elements of your sequence are IComparable<T> objects, then it's
immediate; otherwise you will need to provide a custom comparison mechanism
as shown in the example.

For Assert.Over, there is not too much documentation yet; but you can find
some interesting test cases in the test project of MbUnit:
