Summary: Bytes and Count progess bars when moving multiple files Project: GNU Midnight Commander Submitted by: ZlatkO Submitted on: Mon 05/16/2005 at 17:09 Category: None Severity: 2 - Minor Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Open/Closed: Open Release: current (CVS or snapshot) Platform Version: GNU/Linux _______________________________________________________ Details: Originally sent to mc-devel[1]: --- BEGIN ORIGINAL MESSAGE --- When *moving* multiple files, the "Bytes" and "Count" progress bars reach 100% long before the actual move operation finishes. This is true for moving multiple files both from/to local filesystems and from/to VFSs (eg. FTP). *Copying* multiple files works fine, the progress bars appear to be correct in this case. --- END ORIGINAL MESSAGE --- This bug is still present as of mc-4.6.1-pre4a. Just adding this to Savannah to make sure it's not forgotten.
