Summary: Slow data transfer with FISH Project: GNU Midnight Commander Submitted by: antik2 Submitted on: Thursday 12/07/2006 at 12:29 Category: VFS Severity: 3 - Normal Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 4.6.1 Operating System: FreeBSD _______________________________________________________ Details: Midnight Commander 4.6.1 OpenSSH_4.2p1 FreeBSD-20060930, OpenSSL 0.9.7e-p1 25 Oct 2004 While copying file with scp to external host my transfer rate is 2.5MB/s- with FISH I have maximum transfer rate 20KB/s. Sad side is that I can cancel tranfer only by killing MC. Why MC have to copy large file to /tmp before actualy copy operation? _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?18476> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/ _______________________________________________ Mc-devel mailing list http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/mc-devel
