I re-build mc from source code for multiple codepages support and it
have been showed in MCs brief:

But when i press Meta-e (Alt-e) there is happens nothing in panel mode, in
editor and in viewer mode. Both in native terminal mode and in X-Term. In
ssh session (PuTTY) too.
Also under FreeBSD (on the other box) all works fine.
It seams to be an easy and simple mistake in my configuration but i can't
what can be wrong.
