Hello!
I've just removed support for XView layout attributes. The XView frontend
has been dead for years, and nobody cares about XV_WLAY_DONTCARE.
The "layout" field has been removed in several structures. add_widgetl()
has been replaced with add_widget()
Some other minor problems have been fixed, including a very annoying
unconditional call to save_setup() in gmc. I hate when gmc changes the
settings for mc while mc itself respects auto_save_setup.
