Responsibilities: Responsible for new client business development, service existing clients, understand client requirements, work with Technical Recruiters in fulfilling the requirements by submitting a 100% match resume.. Interact with the Client to receive the requirements, submit the resources/Candidates, coordinate the interviews and close the business with the Clients. Identify and generate new clients for IT consulting and IT projects outsourcing. Establish contacts with IT hiring managers/IT senior executives, Large IT consulting companies and build long-term relationships. Implement sales strategies and close high revenue deals. Negotiate client contracts. Primary point of contact with clients and responsible for maintaining client relationships Resolves or escalates client issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Responsible for Technical Recruiters - Candidates should have good exp. in US recruitment - Candidates does`t need to leave their present assignment - Candidates can work @ their own convenience / time - Candidates should have access to US database on their own - Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications - Coordination with the candidates - Meeting the Target Desired Profile: Should possess good experience in Staffing industry as an Account Executive/Business Development Executive. Proven track record in placing the candidates in the client’s projects. Established contacts with Senior IT executive/IT Hiring managers/Project managers. Demonstrated ability to penetrate accounts.
