Perform system maintenance and enhancement activities for online customer self-service billing and payment applications: a.. Work as part of the application team responsible for application enhancements and/or improving existing functionality to meet the changing needs of SDGE and SCG business. b.. Provide production support c.. Specific assignments may include requirement gathering, requirement documentation, application design, analysis and development, coding for enhancements and fixes, testing, on-call production support and fixes, and communication with 3rd party vendor partners required in the eServices processing. a.. Medium to expert technical knowledge. b.. Experience with: program development in one or more SEu environments. c..
