May be in future we can get in touch. * **Role :** SAP XI/ PI Functional EAI Consultant* *Location : Andover; MA* *Duration : long term Start : ASAP Availability : Immediate * *No. of Pos : 2* *Skills & Description:* *Functional EAI Consultant* *SAP XI/PI* *Specific Job Characteristics:* A functional EAI consultant should have an in depth knowledge of one or more of the SAP areas, like SD, MM, WMS, F&A. For one or more of these areas he, she is responsable for writing the functional/technical/ test specifications. The added value of an EAI Functional consultant in an project is the EAI skill set. In our area that means at least intermediate knowledge of SAP XI/PI. Fair to good knowledge on the connectivity's HTTPS, SOAP, SFTP and SAP Connectivity's is required. AS2 knowledge (preferably the Seeburger solutions) is required. He/she has knowledge of SAP PI. EDI knowledge including ANSI and/or EDIFACT standards is required. Basic knowledge of firewall and proxies is needed. EAI change requests, roll out projects and design and build projects.Customer knowledge (business processes) of the lighting sector is an advantage. In some cases a functional consultant is requested to travel to regional or Global destinations *Knowledge and Experience:* In dept knowledge of the SAP PI 7.1 and Seeburger BIS 6.0 environment is needed in the near future. In depth knowledge of EDI including ANSI and EDIFACT standards. * Management Skills:* Being able to organize own work and the coordination of the own developments in the backoffice *Social Skills:* Team player. *Language Skills:* Speak, write, and comprehend English *Problem Solving Capabilities:* Problem solving aren't the primary task. Functional EAI consultants may be consulted in case of problems and priority 1 issues related to interfaces. *Responsibility:* Write functional/technical and test specifications. The mapping and development will be executed in the off shored development department Functional testing of the developments that were delivered by the backoffice.
