Let me know if you have any consultants with the following skills I have a new long term 1+ year assignment in the Lockport (Buffalo), NY area for an application support specialist. The two must have skills are Jboss and Red Hat Linux. Financial background is important as the client is a large banking client. Websphere support is also important. Communication skills must be strong. Requirements: · Minimum of 1 year of experience with JBoss and RedHat Linux. · Websphere, · Weblogic and other Linux or Unix operating systems is helpful. · Experience supporting large, mission critical applications is necessary. · Experience with Mantas (Mantas is a competing product) or Actimize would be a huge plus (but difficult to find locally in WNY). · Banking experience is a plus. Additional information: Position will be to support a new critical application being implemented in the next two months (Actimize).JBoss experience is required, but that is a smaller percentage of the overall skills. The overall skills include understanding the overall job stream and how it impacts the business activities with the ability to analyze and take corrective actions in the event of a failure. The candidate should have experience working in complex environments where data is pulled from multiple sources and updates are coordinated.
