*PeopleSoft  HR Developer position –*

Required Skills:

             6+ years Experience in PeopleSoft Programming

             6+ years Experience in PeopleSoft HR Modules

              PeopleSoft HCM 9.0/9.1 with toolsAt least 6 months of working
experience on 8.50

             Strong experience in People code

              Employee Self Service andMust have experience in
implementing/customizing Manager Self Service

              Engine, Application Package,In-depth hands-on experience In
Application Component interface,  Integration Broker, and
Workflow


              LanguageExcellent programming experience in SQR

              modules: Payroll, HR, ESS/MSS,Functional knowledge of
PeopleSoft HCM eRecruit,  time and labor, ELM  and HR Helpdesk

             Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and
conceptual skills

             Ability to work in a cros environments-functional team

              utilizing PeopleSoft technologiesExperience automating
business processes

             Experience in UNIX shell scripting

             Excellent Communication, written & inter personal skills

             Must be a Good team player

Experience/responsibilities:

              reports, workflow, and customDevelop and support
integrations, conversions, development in a PeopleSoft environment.

              system issuesDiagnose, resolve, and document PeopleSoft HCM

              features, and functionality forCreates new and modifying
existing programs, PeopleSoft HCM

              testing using (including PeoplePerform design, development
and conduct unit Tools, UNIX scripts, and batch processing tools).

              procedures to ensure compliance toFollow Change Management
policies and IT/SOX controls.

              analyze, diagnose, and troubleshootInteracts with analysts
and end users to problems.

              resolve problems.Prepares and delivers recommendations to

              after work hours if needed.Managing end user and application
support

              development enhancements to ensurePerforms unit testing on
application quality and completeness.

             Design, code, and test program modules that meet design
specifications and are well documented meeting all development standards

             Create, execute and document the tests necessary to ensure
that an application meets functional specifications and performance
requirements

              order to keep them performingMaintain, tune and repair
applications in according to technical and functional specifications

              providing user support.Performing preventive maintenance
activities;
