Genesys/Avaya and Verizon Network Manager Developer This position requires an understanding of call center operations and experienced contact centers use of technology. Knowledge of complex call routing and screen pop technology is also important. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, IT staff and management in responding to call center technology issues as well as participation in strategic planning and project work. This position requires the continued support of existing applications used today as well as participation in the definition and building of a new Genesys/Avaya and Verizon Network Manager routing applications. Other specific skills and areas of expertise are recent hands-on experience with the following: a.. Avaya PBX/ACD/CMS (3 years) - Required b.. Genesys Inbound routing design and scripting (5 yrs) - Required c.. Verizon Network Manager - not required but beneficial and advantageous to being considered above all others d..
