Please let me know do you have any consultant for this requirement San Francisco, CA 18 month contract ISG Web Channel Management Business Analyst The Web Channel Management team (WCM) within the Internet Services Group (ISG) is looking for a strong business systems analyst to support online and other direct sales systems. WCM manages the sales capabilities on the public site and Product Applications. This person will interface with business and product owners, systems and technology partners and quality assurance groups to gather, document and communicate system requirements for the online sales platform and the public site, using artifacts such as use case specifications and UML models. This person will be responsible for understanding business problems and how proposed system enhancements meet them, performing business and systems analysis including, but not limited to, assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes, documenting system requirements, both functional and non functional, and validating that the proposed system design meets the needs of the business partners. Responsibilities require someone with excellent understanding of best practices in requirements gathering, management and documentation. Minimum Qualifications a.. Minimum 5-7 years of business analysis experience with large projects, ideally with tech experience and at least 4 years with an e-business focus in transactional web applications. b.. Proven ability to use and explain UML and use cases. c.. Strong organizational and critical thinking skills d.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills e.. Skill with requirements management tools as well as understanding of RUP. f.. BA/BS degree g.. Previous experience in Financial Services h..
