Positions: US IT Recruiter / Lead/BDM Location: Hyderabad Salary: Negotiable Exp: 6 months - 5 yrs Responsible for full life cycle of US IT Recruitment process. Should be familiar with the recruitment process in the US markets Must have excellent communication (Written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time. Sourcing / Searching qualified candidates Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Hot jobs, Linked In, Google, and Free Job Sites etc. to source IT candidates. Efficiently handle multiple requirements and quickly present good resumes to the client Must have good relationships with vendors in order to present candidates. Must be willing to work in night shift Good understanding of various software and technologies Extensive knowledge about US Tax terms Must have experience in working with full Time positions (Permanent) Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Employment Status, Time Zones etc). Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ techniques (W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers) and various IT technologies.
