Description :

Oracle HCM Lead Functional Consultant

Core Skills:
The ideal candidate will have played a lead Functional Consultant Role in
at least 3 Implementations of Oracle HCM (one of which should be Version
12).  This role requires extensive knowledge of the Oracle application and
industry best-practices in the following areas:
• Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Core HRMS, Self
Service HR (SSHR), Approval Management Engine (AME), and Global Deployment
• Experience with the design and set-up of work structures including but
not limited to Business Groups, Organizations and Organization Hierarchies,
Jobs, Grades, Positions, and Locations
• Experience with HR setups of EITs, SITs, Lookups, Value Sets, Person
types, Assignment Statuses, and Flex Fields
• Experience in modeling and automating business processes and the setup of
notifications and approvals using Oracle workflow
• Knowledgeable in all phases of a project such as requirement gathering,
analysis, GAP analysis, system configuration design and setups,
development, data conversion, testing, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Other Required Skills:
• Review, evaluate and drive discussions with Business about Work Structure
in any Organization
• Review, evaluate and drive the clarification of business requirements
documents to ensure a clear and accurate statement regarding process.
• Document and Review Business Requirements Documents.
• Understand and execute appropriate diligence, testing, review and
communications related to all support and development activities.
• Be task driven, and able to operate in a blended development and support
operating model.
• Provide innovative, workable solutions to a wide range of customer
problems.
• Present reports, briefings, and materials in support of project
activities.

Additional (nice-to-have):
• Experience with Compensation Workbench, OTL
• Knowledgeable about HR configuration implications on Financial business
processes
• Knowledge of integration utilities
• Document management tools (version control, etc.)
