Qualifications:
This position is to lead a 9 month development and implementation of new
functional capabilities using SAP's CRM solution. In addition to overseeing
development work on SAP CRM it will require overall orchestration of the
integration efforts to several legacy systems. The position requires a strong
technical background and preferably experience with SAP CRM 7.0.
The candidate must have the ability to:
· Recommend, design, and implement technology solutions in a timely and
cost-effective manner.
· Lead technical professionals
· Multitask and manage medium sized projects in a cross-functional
setting, including the ability to manage: project schedules; issues; risks; and
scope.
· Build consensus across multiple organizations.
· Blend creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills for refining
existing theories or developing new system approaches to seize opportunities to
sustain business success.
· Build teamwork and with strong interpersonal skills

Responsible for managing a team that develops, implements, and/or maintains
software components or application systems which enable the automation of
business processes. Activities include: project planning, ensures the delivery
of on schedule and on budget solutions. Manages day-to-day operational aspects
of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to
client. and implementation of business-driven technology and/or applications,
