Duration: 1 year and is renewable after that Location: The individual will be working on site here at CDO in Dayton Ohio Status: Will only consider US citizens. Requires background check (We have 2 mid level and 2 Senior levels) Seniors will have 5 years of C# and 7-10 years overall IT. Mid levels will have 2-4 years C# and 5-7 years overall. Position Summary: Develops specifications for moderately complex software programming applications and modifies/maintains the existing software. Develops, modifies and maintains applications that may be customized or standardized. Will participate in the design and coding activities with other staff members. Does research on any reported problem, plans, proposes and designs a solution while ensuring that the coding standards and requirements are met. Familiar with a host of computer programming languages, operating systems, and computer hardware platforms and translate requests into technical specifications. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: a.. Collect information to analyze and evaluate issue. b.. Prepare detailed diagrams and design documentation outlining solution’s capabilities and processes. c.. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration. d.. Select among authorized procedures and seek assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed, or when unanticipated problems arise. e.. Work as a team member with other technical staff. f.. Conduct technical research on tasks to determine feasibility, time required, and compatibility with current system. g.. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network. h.. Document system problems and resolutions for future reference. i.. Works closely with TMs, Project Leads and stakeholders ensure success of project(s) j.. Other duties as assigned. General Qualifications/Skill and Knowledge: a..
