Daily Responsibilities: . Deliver technical support to SW development teams: resolving incidents reported by internal customers or provisioning services (migrating git repos, git/teamforge server administration). Support includes monitoring of incidents and their timely resolution. . Creation of knowledge base articles upon incident resolution . Enable / Maintain Git repo mirroring . Introduce service component enhancements in conjunction with Git Product Owner such as: o Design and maintain Git/Gerrit hooks o De velop scripts to automate administration tasks o Optimize TeamForgeGit environment o Run validation tests before implementing changes o Creation of deployment documentation . Create new solutions to automate manual processes . Perform validation tests based on specified test cases . Collaboration with local support providers and the central Helpdesk . Communication regularly on status and progress Necessary Skills (Must Have): Experience in Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools usage and management, such as: Git*, Gerrit*, Subversion*, CollabNet TeamForge, or other industry standard tools as well as strong Linux* and Windows administration skills. Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have): . At least 2 years of Git administration experience .TeamForge experience a plus .
