   - *Necessary Skills *      :           Functional testing experience in
   Siebel ver 7.8 or above in at least 2 projects.
   - 2 to 3 years of experience in Automation and Performance testing
   - Must have delivery experience in onsite-offshore model and managed
   team size of up to 25 resources
   - Worked in the capacity of Developer, Business Analyst and Test manager
   in past projects
   - Possess leadership skills driving testing excellence, improving
   quality, metrics driven, value add, strong believer in governance
   - Very good communication, analytical, conflict resolution and
   negotiation skills
   - Experience of managing senior stakeholders across Business, IT
   - Must have experience of managing overall Quality in at least one large
   program involving integration of multiple applications across all test
   phases and test types like System Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT,
   Performance Testing, Mobile Apps testing, Security Testing, et.
   - *Desired Skills**            *            Experience in testing Java,
   HTML5 and Mobile applications is added advantage
   - Domain experience in CRM domain and associated processes in Airline
   industry
   - Experience in setting up Testing Centre of Excellence at client
   location
   - Experience in testing Mobile applications, Java/J2EE applications and
   Salesforce apps.

*Roles & Responsibilities*     :           Build a functional testing
organization with dedicated resources that follow industry best practices
for agile projects.

   - Review and update testing service catalog.


   - Coordinate communication with testing services end user and
   expectations management.


   - Define testing methodologies and process / standards and implement
   those standards.
   - Enforce adherence/compliance to the Quality Manual, procedures
   - Perform, schedule, create quality process awareness trainings for IT &
   Business.
   - Vendor management related escalations (HP or any other vendor).
   - Look for best quality practices followed in IT industry, evaluate &
   implement whichever are applicable.


   - *Generic Managerial Skills**    *:           Good Customer
   communication.
   - Handle dynamic customer environment.
   - Work in onsite offshore delivery model
   - Report progress/challenges to Delivery Manager or BRM.
