*Salesforce CRM Systems Analyst
Location: St. Paul, MN
Duration: 6 month contract + possible extensions*

*Summary:*
CRM System Analyst (Customer Relationship Management) utilizing the
Salesforce.com application as a technical expert indirectly developing and
driving the adoption of the tool with the sales and service organization.
This position includes a number of activities that supports the Ecolab
instance of SFDC but not limited to a role as a Salesforce.com certified
Administrator, developer and analyst.

*Required Qualifications:
*5+ years Business Analyst
3+ Certified Salesforce.com CRM Administrator & Developer
3+ years working on large implementations of the Salesforce.com application
5+ Customer Service experience with sales/service organization
1+ year experience in CongaMerge document development
SFDC Administrator Certification
SFDC Advanced Administrator Certification
SFDC Developer Certification

*Main Responsibilities:*
Technical expert in the SFDC application. Develops and maintains areas of
account management, opportunities, contacts, contracts, campaigns,
prospects, cases, dashboards and reports.
Development and mapping skills within the SF tool.
Participates in requirements gathering, design reviews to ensure changes to
the system are consistent with user expectations along with maintenance of
a single global instance of the application.
Implement and test new or modified services and or programs for best
practices, continuity and consistency.
Design and develop customer reports, dashboards and applications as needed
by the business in sandbox and production environments.
Develops solutions to complex business problems using ingenuity and
innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organizations objectives.
Owns the relationship with SF Premier Support team which includes the
oversight of all open cases, escalating critical cases as needed with
identification of areas of concern.
Handles all Tier 3 escalated cases.
Monitors usage of the SFDC logs and tool.
Maintains and backs up weekly and monthly data extracts from SFDC to Ecolab
systems.
Understands and maintains customer hierarchies and user roles within the
Ecolab environment.
Work closely with external consulting partners in developing custom code
and triggers to supplement native Salesforce.com functionality.
Mentor to others in SFDC technology and knowledge.
Understanding of best practices/standards for data modeling.

Excellent communicator. Can communicate at all levels of the organization
Ability to remain calm when trouble shooting user issues
Ability to influence business teams on maximizing the applications being
developed leveraging the best solutions
