The Application Developer works closely with other members of the software development team to deliver high quality web-based sales support solutions for the health insurance industry. Qualified candidates must possess strong problem solving and communication skills in addition to having a customer-focused mindset and an understanding of the importance of accountability, attention to detail, and team work. *Roles and Responsibilities* • Responsible for developing all advanced aspects of presentation-tier and middle-tier web applications using Java and J2EE in the WebWork framework • Perform various coding and programming tasks, such as design or development of Web front-end, back-end Web-based applications, and Web/Internet services • May involve coding and integration of text, graphics, sound, and/or video *Job Requirements* • 4 yr degree (BS in CS, CIS,MIS, Mathematics, Engineering or other hard science.
