Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout project life cycle, up to and through change control. Documents "as is" and "to be" workflows (both business and IT areas). Develops, validates and executes test cases against requirements. Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Reports to Director of Clinical Systems. *Job Requirements:* Requirements At least two years healthcare and/or EMR experience is required. Good knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and Meaningful Use preferred. Must possess strong business and technical writing abilities. Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must possess effective communication skills, especially verbal communication phone skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of personnel.
