The Senior Business Analyst must have strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including: client requirements gathering, design specifications, solution development and testing of client applications, client support, training, and systems integration. The Senior Business Analyst may be required to travel to the client site and/or other Connecture locations as need be. *Roles and Responsibilities* • Support Project Manager in ensuring the success factors of each project are met in the areas of SDLC compliance, change control, issue and risk escalation, and overall client satisfaction • Ensure deliverable quality and SDLC compliance • Act as Connecture's subject matter expert on product knowledge • Work with the client to understand and document detailed business and functional application requirements for client review and sign-off • Develop detailed functional design for client review and sign-off • Review internal QA and development documentation to ensure that it meets the client's business needs • Work with the Tech Lead to understand technical specification documents to ensure adherence to defined client requirements • Partner with the Tech Lead to monitor development of client applications to ensure adherence to requirements and design specifications • Work with Quality Assurance staff to review test plans and strategies to ensure compliance with specification and quality end results • Facilitate the client acceptance testing process • Develop training manuals and lead training sessions specific to a client's installation • Lead the formal transition of product and project knowledge to the dedicated customer support resource • Provide remote and on-site support and provide follow-up with clients regarding all issues/requirements • Support Project Manager in the development and delivery of weekly project status reports • Ensure effective communication with team members across multiple locations *Job Requirements* • Bachelor of Science/Arts degree (or equivalent experience) required • 6+ years of Business Analyst experience with software integration and/or implementation, preferably with a software services or consulting organization required 25% travel to Brookfield Wisconsin. This is a temp to perm position after 1 year.
