ETL Lead Location: Trenton, NJ Duration: 12 months *As the Data Conversion Lead, candidates must perform the following:* Develop and recommend strategies and specifications for (technical) data solutions based on the analysis of the business goals, objectives, needs, and existing data systems infrastructure. Data Modeling and experience in developing new logical, conceptual, and physical models for data and system flows Develop technical strategies and architectures for high-performance, scalable and complex enterprise-grade system · Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures related to ETL/Data design and development. · Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. · Knowledge of Rational Tools preferred but not required. · Excellent written and communication skills a must *Education/Experience Requirements:* 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of experience in leading database teams for large scale enterprise applications architecting, developing, modeling, and deploying commercial grade operational and data warehouse database systems and 3+ years experience with ETL tools and systems. Experience in DataStage or Informatica ETL tools is a must Experience in Data Conversion of large scale systems is a must Experience in Motor Vehicle Systems is desired Skills Required (provide specific details around tools, client environment, certifications needed, etc): Strong knowledge in Customer Data Hub Architecture, data design and implementation Experience in Data Quality Management Experience in Information and Data Architecture Standardization Metadata management, design and integration Experience in Data management enterprise solutions that are in alignment with strategic technology road map and emerging industry trends Strong RDBMS skills and strong knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL, ERWin Experience in Oracle RDBMS in a clustered and high available environments.
