3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 60 **months experience, and at least one of the fol**lowing should apply:* - Experience managing large scale and complex system implementation. - Experience building out and leading a high performance test team, interfacing with external testing groups, preparing and executing successful testing strategies and test project management. - Experience developing technology based integration, system and regression testing. - Experience with all phases of testing – including unit, system, integration, user acceptance and pilot. - Experience delivering results against rigorous project schedules. - Experience creating test plans, test schedules, test reports and tracking defect management. - Demonstrated ability to build teams, coach and mentor and work across organizations and skill levels. - Experience with automation tools. - Experience testing a tax systems.
