Who can roll the sleeves and make hands dirty - Hand on experience is must !

WebSphere Business Monitor
Java, JEE, XML, XPATH, Web Service Expertise, MQ, JDBC, FTP adapters, Human
Task, REST API's
BPEL, Mediation Flows, Business Space, Decision Tables or JRules
Eclipse, CVS, DB2
