HR experience is required. The Office of the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia (OES) is seeking a technical writer with HR experience to rewrite the HR policy manual for Virginia's Judicial Branch of government. The goal is to combine common subjects into the same sections and to give the manual a look similar to the HR policy manual on DHRM's website. Ability to work independently is critical as is prior HR experience. OES' HR department will work closely with the technical writer to ensure the manual is developed to meet the needs of the judicial branch.
