Fortunately a lot of the extensive changes required have already been done for eastern Europe subsidiaries... however there will always be some enhancements that will need to be made to the Web Forms pages and user controls until the application is completely converted to MVC Definitely need to customize the application for 7 western Europe subsidiaries by making sure that the application is provided in their language. The application uses resource files (resx files) currently and so part of the work will be entering in the translations for the 7 languages. Any additional time that the developers have will be used to convert more of our application to MVC and Web API.
