Develops detailed functional systems and program specifications using SDM (E.G. develop and execute test cases, use cases and documentation). Ensure built in quality with ownership. Strong Verbal and written communication, knowledge of cross-functional - Desired Experience : 3.00 yrs. - General Description : Business Analyst - Provide support for the Information Systems Pre-Production Business Systems section which shall include: strategic planning by mapping business requirements to Information System solutions and by acting as an advocate to liaison customer requirements back to the internal Information Systems technical/support teams. - Requirements/Must Have : Strategic planning - Create/maintain business roadmaps - Support the creation & maintenance of annual Mid-Term Plans Customer Engagement - Organize/lead quarterly (or as needed) business meetings - Participate and support semi-annual executive meetings - Collect and maintain customer functional objectives - Ensure section's Products & Services align with customer requirements - Manage customer Open Issue to completion Customer Liaison - Act as an interface between business units, technology and support teams - Interface with technical leads to create internal/external designs for projects and support - Provide status on KPI's to both business customers and Information Systems staff - Skills & Qualification : Education and General Experience - College degree within a relative field is highly preferred. - Experience in capturing and documenting Customer Requirements - Experience in creating business plans and proposals - Excellent communication skills - Japanese cultural understanding is a plus. - Experience in Information Systems development processes. - Must have high business ethics. Travel Expectations - Some travel may be required. Toyota Experience - Not required. Software - Excellent Microsoft Office-Word, Power Point, Excel, and Visio.
