I have Urgent Job Opportunity for you with my Client “TCS(Tata Consultancy Services)” going to implement this Project to their End Client. *Positions : Informatica Developer* *Location : San Antonio TXDurations: 12 month* *Rate $43/hr on c2c all inclusive * *Job descriptions ::* • Extensive Knowledge in Informatica PowerCenter V 8.6.1/9.1, SQL, DB2/ORACLE and UNIX is required • The Ideal Candidate will be Experience with full life cycle application Technical Design, Development and Testing ETL’s • Experience in Problem Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of Informatica • Good experience in working on large DW programs • Candidate must be proven team player with the ability to effectively multi-task and work on multiple projects running parallel. • Candidate must have strong problem solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Roles And Responsibility :* • Co-ordination with the Business users and the IT team to get the Development Requirements prepared and gathering. • Extensively involved on all the phases of SDLC for the project. • Low level design and effort estimation for new development projects, defects and change requests. • Creating complex Informatica mappings using Informatica Power Center 8.6.1/9.1 • Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading from different source systems. • Creating and maintaining UNIX shell scripts for the project. • Creating and building test cases based on the requirements. • Debugging, Performance tuning of the mapping and Error handling • Supporting the Daily warehouse batch along with issue resolution while following the client specific escalation procedures • Managing the Offshore team, assigning tasks, organizing and conducting teleconference calls with the Offshore/Onsite at onshore for project requirements and status discussions • Optimizing execution with applying best performing techniques • Troubleshooting on ETL performance issues • Study and understand the process and procedures followed in the project and identify and implement process improvement methods.
