Key tasks will center on: (1) change management and training materials development, (2) designing reports and KPIs, (3) test case creation and management, and (4) non-technical support for building out backend database and designing front-end reports. The individual will ultimately be a part of a small team guiding the project so we are in need of an individual that can work independently, put in extra hours when needed, and bring deliverables to completion with minimal guidance. Prior experience in business analysis, reporting portal development, and/or change management is strongly preferred.
