*Skills: Cool Gen, System Design, Requirements Gathering, Child Support
System, COBOL, DB2, CICS, Mainframe, SDLC*
Details:
Serves as a Cool:Gen developer for enhancements to current Child Support
system
Understand Scope and Requirements for enhancements
Should be able to create estimations for the assigned tasks if requested
Must be able to create System Design based on Scope and requirements
Must be able to conduct and/or Facilitate Reviews, Code Walkthroughs for
assigned tasks
Qualifications
*  Must have 3-5 years of recent experience using CA's Cool:Gen product
*  Knowledge & experience with Child Support systems is highly preferred
*  Knowledge of Main Frame COBOL, DB2 and CICS are preferred
*  Must have the knowledge of SDLC and methodologies including the product
life cycle
Education and Experience:
*  5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or
equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
Knowledge and Skills Required:
*  Sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually
responsible for the development of requirements
*  Possesses advanced level of business, technical, or functional knowledge
*  Ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on combinations and
interactions of products. Ability to apply technology and consulting to
solve a client business problem.
*  Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and
confidence. Demonstrates the use of consulting skills including:
questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and
influencing.
*  Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with
clients on small to medium sized engagements.
*  Able to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with a
customer, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate.  Able to advise
the project manager about the risks associated with development of
enhancements
