I am Looking For *WMB Developer *at *Boston, MA*. . *Title**: WMB Developer* *Location**: Boston, MA* *Duration**: 6+ Months* *Start Date**: ASAP* *Job Description:* The successful candidate will design, develop and maintain and provide software solutions for mortgage servicing, state and federal compliance, and financial systems using IBM Integration Bus and IBM Message Broker *Key Accountabilities:* · Design new software solutions utilizing IBM software development practices · Develop software solutions for using IIB and IBM MQ · Ability to write code/have hands-on experience as well as working with a small team of developers through design/implementation phases of SDLC · Required Core Competencies · Accountability: Able to take responsibility for all work activities and personal actions · Fostering Teamwork: The ability and desire to work cooperatively with others on a team; demonstrate interest, skill and success in getting groups to learn to work together · Personal Credibility: Demonstrated concern that one be perceived as responsible, reliable, and trustworthy · Results Orientation: The ability to focus on the desired results of one’s own or one’s team work; setting challenging goals, focusing effort on the goals, and meeting or exceeding them · Written Communication: The ability to express oneself clearly in business writing *Required Qualifications:* · 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies. · 5+ years of experience developing Java/WebSphere/Spring based applications. · Solid knowledge of one or more of the following IBM technologies: IBM Integration Bus (Message Broker), WebSphere Operational Decision Manager (iLog), Cognos BI, WebSphere Business Process Manager (Lombardi), FileNet Content Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, Worklight. · Excellent Object Oriented analysis and design skills. · Solid Knowledge and SOA concepts. · Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns. · Excellent knowledge of XML related technologies: XML Schema, XSLT, XMLBeans/JAXB. · Solid understanding of security implementations, concerns in IBM based applications. · Excellent written and communication skills. · Experience designing applications that run on mission critical high volume databases · Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously · Dedicated to completing assigned tasks on time *Preferred Qualifications:* · This role requires a seasoned individual experienced with a variety of enterprise integration technologies. In depth knowledge and experience is required with WebSphere Message Broker (IBM Integration Bus). Knowledge and experience working with ILog JRules / ODM, WebSphere Process Server / BPM, and WSRR is a plus. Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment with agile development tools is preferred.
