full accountability for management of project timelines, scope and
milestones for a variety of projects. An ideal candidate is a proactive,
results-oriented and possesses both technical and business acumen,
experience working in fast-paced development cycles, a track record of
product success and natural leadership skills.
Role and Responsibilities:

   - Keeps Scrum process running
   - Ensures a proper power balance between PO, Team, Management
   - Protects the Team
   - Moderates in the Team
   - Helps to organize (e.g., Meetings)
   - Helps to keep the Team focused on the current Sprint
   - Helps to achieve Sprint goals
   - Works with Product Owner
   - Educates Product Owner, Team, Management and Organization
   - Solves impediments
   - Encourages and helps to achieve transparency
   - Strives to develop a Team into a High Performance Team
   - Encourages and protects self-organization
   - Educates and focuses a Team toward business-driven development
   - Supports Team building and Team development by utilizing the abilities

   project stakeholders to monitor, review and communicate project progress
   - Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project
   team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
   - Proactively anticipate, identify, manage and communicate project
   risks, issues, changes, etc.
   - Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task
   definition

Qualifications

   - BS of equivalent from an accredited 4-year university or college
   required; Masters/MBA preferred and analytic discipline a plus
   - 5+ years project management experience in fast-paced SDLCs
   - High degree of both technical expertise and business acumen, including
   familiarity developing new software
   - Ability to execute effective product management and agile techniques
   and best practices
   - Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment and
   problem-solving skills; track record of product success
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation
   skills (including executive audiences)
   - Excellent analytical and technical writing skills.
   - Excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and
   to tight deadlines.
   - Be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
   - Excellent understanding and experience of Agile/Scrum methodology
   - Consistently deliver on deadlines, on time and within budget

Desirable Skills:

   - Scrum Master certification highly preferred
   - PMP certification
