Please find the detailed Job Description for this position and let me know your interest asap: *SharePoint Tech Lead:* *Advanced Products* *SharePoint Technical Lead Job Description:* The Advanced Products team is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of engaging solutions that meet and exceed the expectations our Publicis Groupe agency portfolio. These solutions often materialize as digital marketing web sites and custom developed applications, manifested as services, components, interactive web applications, and portlet and portal applications. The global organization is adopting SharePoint 2010 Standard as a key operating platform and it is the strategic direction of the Advanced Products organization to produce more native and integrated SharePoint solutions. As business requirements are developed and solution designs begin to emerge, the ideal candidate will be capable of quickly determining and validating a solution architecture that includes (or where appropriate, dismisses) SharePoint as the delivery vehicle. It is fully expected that some solutions will be composed of one or more of the following: Standard or native SharePoint functionality such as lists, libraries, workflows, and the creative assembly of those elements Hybrid mixtures that includes degree of standard SharePoint functionality alongside both client- and service-side custom development; Incorporation of one or more third-party commercial software packages embedded within SharePoint Unique application development initiatives, primarily developed outside of the SharePoint environment and serviced through Web Parts, Solutions, and Features. In addition to providing direction and oversight for such solutions, the ideal candidate will be capable of independently developing and delivering the complete solution, and where appropriate, lead on- and offshore individuals through development and delivery. On a daily basis the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to demonstrate: -Expert understanding and hands-on mastery of SharePoint 2010, with understanding of Standard versus Enterprise licensing models and the drive to be successful within the confines of Standard -Strong business analysis and problem solving skills, with the aptitude to work in global organization rich with matrix and sourced team constructs -High quality application architecture and development skills, specifically around .NET, C#, and SharePoint Web Parts, but also well versed in competing and adjacent technologies, and with the judgment to know- --when code is the wrong solution -Agile thinking and practices, with recognition that agile doesn’t mean unmanaged or unplanned This role is contributes to the entire spectrum of the lifecycle.
