Title: Systems Engineer posted on 2014-08-04 16:28:02 Job Description:Responsible for administering Colorado Judicial Branch’s x86 servers running Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems, SAN and associated storage devices, and various other systems in support of the Branch’s I.T. infrastructure. Work involves consultation, planning, design, installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of relevant systems. The successful candidate is responsible for leading and managing a team of six (6) System Engineers. Provides technical support to project team members. Distinguishing Factors: Position is within the Information Technology Services (ITS) division. Employees in this position report to the Technical Services Manager. This position is distinguished by work involving architecture/design and responsibilities for the following systems: fiber channel SAN, SAN storage devices, virtualization, email, scripting and automation.
