Title: Microstrategy Developer posted on 2014-08-04 20:57:44 Job Description:*Roles and Responsibilities:* · Designing and developing reporting solutions utilizing MicroStrategy to support the business analytical and reporting needs · Design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot the reporting solutions within the enterprise data warehouse · Design and develop complex reports and dashboards to meet the business needs · Architect schema objects, build grids, graphs, standard reports, and dashboards · Create and/or enhance report objects, metrics, filters, and prompts as needed · Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and reporting specifications and provide technical assistance · Troubleshoot and analyze data issues within reports · Work with the ETL team to understand data sources and propose data warehouse designs to support reporting needs · Work with MSTR Admin team to help administer and deploy reporting objects across the different MSTR environments · Deliver required supporting documentation as needed (This includes and is not limited to technical design documents and object promotion documents) · Performance tune reports as needed, validate report SQL and implement BI best practices to ensure optimal end-user experience Job Requirements: *Minimum Experience: * · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 10+ years of experience designing and developing MicroStrategy reports and solutions *Required Skills/Abilities:* · Strong SQL skills, knowledge of OLAP methodologies and relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server · Strong analytical and communication skills *Preferred Experiences:* · Experience using MicroStrategy v9.0 or higher · Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies *Click here to view full job description and apply <http://ejobsville.com/display-job/219363> (Registration not mandatory to apply for this job)* ------------------------------ Best regards, eJobsVille.com - For The Best Tech Jobs In Town -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MCMS" group.
