Should be *strong in scripting (web, webservice and mainframe protocols) and analysis.* *3.* *Should h*ave experience in monitoring tools (*introscope, Cacti, Wireshark etc.,)* 4. Should have experience is *summarizing the performance results and reporting out to different groups like the PM, development and architecture teams.* 5. Should be able to understand the project requirement and come up with scenarios for performance testing. 6. Should interact with *BA/architecture teams and suggest the best practices and guide them in building up the right performance test scenarios/SLAs etc.* 7.
