This person must have strong professional consulting skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization. *MUST HAVE Healthcare Payer experience from one of the following companies: **Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare, Anthem, BCBS, Horizon, Champus/Tricare, Wellpoint, HCSC, TUFTS, Harvard Pilgrim, CDPHP, Oxford HP, Healthfirst NY & NJ, Fallon, Americhoice, NHP. Possible Options- Healthcare consulting vertical experience.- Accenture, Slalom, PWC, KPMG, Cerner, etc.* Job Requirements: 1. *5 years experience as** Informatica ETL Developer (9x**) using Informatica and Oracle 10g/11g to implement data warehousing projects including: ( minimal supervision)* o *Understand Business Requirements and Conceptual Solution* o *Convert Business Requirements into Technical Requirements and Design* o *Create High Level Design* o *Create Detailed Technical Design* o *Create Informatica Mappings, Workflows and Sessions* o *Create Shell Scripts for automation* o *Understand the source systems and conduct the data profiling* o *Co-ordinate Data Modeling of Sources and Targets * o *Create Source to Target Mapping Specifications* o *Conduct Unit Testing and create Unit Testing Results Documents* o *Provide Support for QA/UA Testing * o *Migrate the code to Production* o *Provide warranty support* o *Assist and resolve production issues * 2. *Senior Developer should have 2 years of experience in leading/designing Informatica projects* inclusive of providing hands on technical leadership : o Lead technical requirements, technical and data architectures for the data warehouse projects o Direct the discovery process o Provide knowledge guidance to Business Analysts and ETL Developers o Provide subject matter expertise and knowledge guidance to a team of analysts and ETL Developers o Lead the design and development of the ETL process, including data quality and testing - Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. - General understanding of business environments - Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. - Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator.
