Resumes are due to the manager on Tuesday the 9th. The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. Client has the need for a Java Developer resource to work on the Financial and Billing System (FABS). The Java Developer analyzes, designs, develops and implements complex Java web-based software. Java Developers performs software development in small teams and pairs using modified Agile software development methodologies. Java Developer works with the agency’s technical and business personnel to assure requirements are thoroughly defined, captured and understood. Additionally, Java Developers will create detailed test designs to execute unit and system test scripts from test data. Java Developers support user acceptance testing and assists with software implementation and deployment tasks. The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team. Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Application Team.
