Please go through the below job description and let me know of your interest so that we can proceed further. *Position: SOA Tester* *Location: San Francisco, CA* *Duration: 10 Months, high possibility of extension* *Job Description* · Need to have good communication skills and with strong coding experience . · Need someone who has the SOAP UI tool plus java coding experience · The web services team is involved in developing and certifying Soap based and REST based services The ideal candidate would be a white box tester with strong coding experience in Java. He/she should have extensive experience validating and certifying web services using the Soap UI tool with Groovy scripting; a basic knowledge of Soap UI is insufficient for this position. · He/she should have strong database skills. · Web services testing does not involve UI components so the candidate should be technically strong and be able to envision the test scenarios. · In addition, he/she must be a problem solver capable of triaging issues. The tester will be working with requirements that are often ambiguous, high level, and non-technical; an essential trait is that of assertiveness in working with a number of different areas/people to ensure ambiguity of requirements are thoroughly addressed.
