Compensation Workbench- *
Location: TriState Area(NY, NJ)
Duration: 6++ months

Oracle Comp Workbench - Job Description:
Principal Consultant or Senior Principal Consultant

Provides Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle
Business Intelligence Publisher expertise to the global implementation of
our client's Integrated Oracle Compensation Workbench.
Supports business requirement gathering sessions for reporting and embedded
analytics across all modules of the Integrated Oracle Compensation
Workbench Program (e.g., Compensation).
Translates business requirements into value added reports and analytics
meeting the needs of the stakeholders.
Leads the development of complex reports and dashboards integrating data
from multiple data sources (e.g. Oracle HRMS E-Business Suite, Oracle
Fusion HCM, Success Factors, Taleo).
Assists in developing training plans, training documents, and delivering
training sessions to end-users.

OBIEE
·         OBIEE 10g preferably 11g awareness
·         DAC/ INFORMATICA
·         PL/SQL
·         Fusion Analytics - OBIEE - Reporting side Fusion HCM
·         OBIEE Upgrades
