Please let me know your thoughts. 3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Experience in the area of: 1. Public health data management OR 2. Medical or healthcare informatics OR 3. Implementation of health care, public health information or electronic health record systems. - Experience in modern software architectures and development lifecycle, including web-based systems as well as other information systems and computer applications used in a public health and healthcare settings. - Experience using SAS technologies (e.g., Base SAS, SAS/Macros, Enterprise Guide) on both Windows and Unix operating systems. - Experience in clinical data-representation methods, including coding systems (e.g., ICD-9, SNOMED, LOINC), data models (e.g., XML, relational databases) or Heath Level 7 data-interchange standard. - Experience with relational and multi-dimensional databases and data management tools. - Bachelor’s Degree in public health, epidemiology, medical informatics, information systems, or computer science from an accredited institution. - Experience in supporting public sector government IT projects.
