Experience in Advisory of Cloud Computing, or migration projects Technical assessment to migrate/move application cloud, define the target state of application for the relevant cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS; Private, Public Cloud), define the target cloud state, technology roadmap, Migration effort and cost Estimations Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses to generate insights about client business and IT Landscape alignment and value creation opportunities Assist in creating "To-Be" application architecture blueprints and roadmaps with associated business cases to enable IT and Business Strategies given current application health Experience in Crafting high level Transformation Solution, Business Case and IT Roadmap, able to work on proposals and RFP and lead the solution, Experience in leading Large Deals in regards IT Application Advisory Services.
