The position is to manage the day to day development activities, and primarily focus on custom development tasks on the salesforce.com platform using Apex and Visual Force. There are series of customizations and integrations that requires the individual to be adept with the salesforce.com toolset, and support the current team in building a cohesive, streamlined and quality solution. Requirements 3+ years of experience to include: o Gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on o Application design and configuration using Salesforce.com automation (SFA) o Utilizing object oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on o Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and o Performing data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader o Designing and developing functionalities and web integration using Apex; Designing user o Using Force.com IDE to deploy and migrate applications o Utilizing Eclipse as a platform for development, testing and code deployment o Creating process and business flow diagrams use cases, story boards, training documents o Supporting and maintaining the applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), MIS, CIS, Computer Science or a related field NO TRAVEL REQUIRED Nice to Have: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Experience with Visio and MS Project Ability to operate independently Strong writing skills Ability to meet or exceed deadlines Responsiveness to both the client and fellow team members Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner Clearance: Selected Applicants will undergo a security / background investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
