*Senior Solution Architect*



The primary focus of this position will be to embrace the partner community
as an extension of Partner Direct services organization.  Work across
internal teams to develop proactive content and engagement sessions that
help drive improved customer consumption of services through partner.  The
senior solution architect role requires an individual with excellent
communication, program management and analytical skills. They must also
have solid collaboration and technical skills (Azure, O365, or CRMOL.)  The
Senior Technical solution architect is a key role in developing’s online
partner community.



*Key areas of focus:*



*Consumption* - Help Partners grow by efficiently on-boarding new Online
services, help grow our partners online services portfolio through
proactive engagement.



*Readiness & Enablement* – Senior Technical Support Account Manager will
work with the Partner Account, Product Group, Sales and Marketing teams to
identify online service technical readiness needs and proactive engagement
services focused on Deployment and Migration readiness.



*Partner program Satisfaction* - Work with and Field teams to identify
opportunities for service delivery optimization - Training, Documentation,
Process, Service Design Change, Proactive services development.



*Trusted Advisor* – Be an authority in your field (O365, Azure, or CRMOL),
earn trust of account management, Field and partner through execution
excellence.



*Key Accountabilities:*

·         Provide stakeholders with the business impact of developed
services - consumption optimization results, and metric driven program
improvement recommendations.

·         Be able to articulate technical and business issues at all levels
(frontline to executive.)

·         Engage cross-functionally to ensure content and proactive
services delivered by to Partners is relevant, fresh, business impacting
and well received by Partners and Field.

·         Work across internal technical teams to develop targeted
proactive Partner content.



*Knowledge, Skills and Experience*

·         Fluency in English and (local language)

·         Proven relationship experience in Technical and Account
Management role

·         Experience with Cloud or Hosted Services (CRM, O365, or Azure)

·         Solid educational background - degree preferred

·         Analytical Skills

o    *Critical Thinking - *Being able to evaluate that information, sort
the potentially valuable from the trivial, analyze its relevance and
meaning, and relate it to other information is crucial

o    *Research Analytical Skills*

o    *Critical Thinking - *Being able to evaluate that information, sort
the potentially valuable from the trivial, analyze its relevance and

o    *Research* - You don’t have to know everything – but you should be
able to quickly and painlessly find out what you *need* to know.

·         *Solution Architecture Consulting / Advisory background* - An
ability to rouse through the chaos in proposing a plan for a concrete

·         *Hands on Technical / Architecture background* on Windows Azure
or any large other PaaS/IaaS cloud services (Preferably AWS, Rackspace,
Google)

·         *Solution Architecture Consulting / Advisory background* - An

*Qualifications:     *BA or similar work experience
