· 5+ years working with DB2 or Oracle
· 2+ years working with IBM RSA development IDE
· 2+ years working with IBM Rational ClearQuest and ClearCase
· 1+ years working with Crystal Reports
· *Strong verbal and written communication skills*
*NICE TO HAVE:*
· Experience working in a Java/J2EE WebSphere environment
