Interface with Transformation Team

*Job Title: Mainframe Tester*

*Location: Milwaukee, WI*

*Duration: 12 Months*



*Job Description:*

·         Strong experience in Retail Supply chain management systems

·         Strong experience in VS COBOL II to analyze the programs,
Subroutines to understand the functionality

·         Solid experience in JCL to customize the Jobs in QA environment,
binding and running and fixing basic JCL errors.

·         Creating GDG's and basic sorting, copying files, import and
export the files using TSO commands

·         File Aid experience to view the files by filtering, mapping with
Copy books,

·         CA Scheduler knowledge to schedule the jobs

·         CICS / DB2 basic query knowledge

·         Strong knowledge and experience with software development
processes, test methodologies, QA process, and software release cycle

·         Create and establish QA processes in line with the Agile software
development methodology and Iterative model

·         Control and manage daily test activities through daily Agile
Scrum ‘stand-up’ meetings

·         Working in Onsite/Offshore models



*Job Title: Test Engineer*

*Location: Boston, MA*

*Duration: 6 Months*



*Mandatory Skills:*

MS SQL Server  10%

5-7 years exp. with scrum or other agile methods



Testing database-intensive solutions in Oracle environment.

At least 1-3 years of automated testing using the HP suite, Cucumber,
Selenium, Fitnesse, or similar tools.

Experience with MS SQL Server and message-oriented applications a plus.



Willingness to take on responsibilities and Challenges.

Design Test Plans, Scenarios, Scripts and Procedures. Create and Maintain
Database of known Defects

Document Software Defects using a bug Tracking system and report defects on
a regular Basis.

Monitor Bug resolution efforts and Track the results.

Participate in Design reviews to provide input to functional requirements
and potential problems/risks.

Test System modifications to prepare for implementation. identify, Analyze
and document problems/issues with output, online Screen or content.

Mandatory Skills: 5+ years of experience

Have strong knowledge in Securities and Capital Market domain.

Accurately employs tools like QC, RTC, JIRA(At least 1)

Strong software Agile/Waterfall test exposure.

Executes functional, system, integration, regression, and/or user
acceptance testing.

Understands project plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project
goals, and timelines.

Generates innovative solutions with Great Communication skills.



Additional Skills:

Employs Quality Assurance processes and procedures, and assists in the
development of process enhancements.

Effectively analyzes project and business requirements to develop effective
and accurate, test plans, test data and detailed manual and/or automated
test scripts.

Establishes effective working relationship with business and IT development
partners.

Sets high standards of performance for oneself and for team.

Proposes solutions to problems and considers timeliness, effectiveness, and
practicality in addressing business partner needs
