We have an immediate requirement for the position of *Business Analyst*. *Consultant must have 10 - 15 years experience, in BRMS / BRM (Business Rules Management ) , SOA, NCDOT IT.* Please send me your consultant resume to *sat...@devcare.net <sat...@devcare.net>* The requirement for your reference: *Business Rules Management (BRM)/Business Analyst* *Raleigh NC* *1+ Year* *Rate: Open* The BRM SME will work with stakeholders across the organization and a team of SMEs to help create plans, policies, procedures, training, and governance for SOA within the BRMS discipline, the organization and a team of SMEs to help create plans, policies, procedures, training, and governance for SOA within the BRMS discipline • Create SOA centric rollout plans to roll out new tools, technologies and frameworks within BRMS • Develop and operationalize change management for the tools and technologies within the BRMS discipline • Create procedures to engage IT administrators to administer and/or configure the tools and technologies within BRMS • Participate in SOA Governance process flow analysis and process redesign along with the other SOA center SMEs, with the assistance of the Technical Writer and facilitation of the Project Manager • Include discovering, validating, documenting and communicating the organization's business rules knowledge for NCDOT IT SOA Initiative • Work closely with Project Team and the NCDOT IT department to identify and analyze core business rules and their relationships within workflows • Identify issues and risks found in the mapping of business rules to SOA methodology • Work closely with the Business Process Management SME within the NCDOT IT SOA Project Team to collect current business rules and recommend business processes according to the best practices, especially modeling and developing business rules and rule flows using SOA methodologies • Develop quality standards and governance which enforce consistent use of SOA-oriented business rules throughout the organization • Formulates complex business policy and processes into Decision Models (business rules) and Business Process Models • Responsible for recommending solutions, industry standards and framework on all aspects of the business rules life cycle • Provide a structured rules management discipline focused on re-use including rule definition, categorization, governance, deployment, and management • Provide resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems to include solutions must be innovative, thorough, and practicable and • Responsible for creating the documentation and training package necessary for knowledge transfer of the business rules definition and plan to NC DOT IT staff.
